OGRE is a AI-based tech company, striving to empower the energy sector with accurate production, consumption and losses forecasts. Multiple Romanian and international clients are already using our AI solutions to optimize their energy flows, reduce costs for end consumers, minimize waste, and lower carbon emissions.
We’re a small team of smart, ambitious engineers and data scientists who share a passion for building impactful technology. With solid academic backgrounds – including research experience from Oxford, Cambridge, and Berkeley – and complementary expertise, we are developing a scalable and user-friendly energy forecasting and optimization platform for global organizations.

What will you be doing?
As our marketing hire, you’ll wear multiple hats and play a critical role in telling our story. You will:
Create and manage social media content to build brand awareness and engage industry stakeholders.
Plan and execute Google Ads and other digital campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions.
Produce marketing materials for conferences, industry events, and client meetings.
Coordinate and create video content (demos, explainers, interviews) to support outreach and education.
•Collaborate with product and sales teams to align messaging and ensure consistency across touchpoints.
What the ideal candidate should bring:
2–4 years of experience in marketing, ideally in a startup or B2B tech environment.
Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma, or similar for visual content.
Solid experience with Google Ads and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.).
Strong writing and storytelling skills, especially for technical or data-focused topics.
Bonus: experience with video production or event coordination.
