OGRE AI is a ML-based tech company striving to transform the utilities sector by providing reliable production and consumption forecasts to all key utility fields (energy, gas, heating and water). Currently, several major players on the energy market are leveraging our ML algorithms in order to optimize their acquisitions. Our final goal is to make the market as efficient as possible, in the meantime reducing costs for the final consumer, reducing waste and lowering carbon emissions.


Our team is composed of very passionate engineers, striving to create a scalable and user-friendly platform. We all come from strong academic backgrounds (some of us have carried research at Oxford, Cambridge and Berkeley) and have expertise in complementary fields, to develop Ogre as a well-rounded product.

What will you be doing?

  • Develop and close sales opportunities and maintain customer relationships in a designated market

  • Promote and evangelize Ogre AI products to customers and partners

  • Develop and execute a sales plan that provides complete territory coverage

  • Develop appropriate sales programs and solutions; maintain up-to-date competitive information and compile regional success stories

  • Engage with presales technical support for customer meetings to develop customer discussions further

  • Lead successful go-to-market campaigns by working closely with marketing specialists

What the ideal candidate should bring:

  • 3+ years of previous experience as an Account Executive/Sales Manager/Business Development Manager, selling software solutions in energy sector (Renewables, DSO/TSO, energy suppliers)

  • Fluency in English

  • Passion for energy sector

  • High level of integrity and work ethic

  • Self-motivated and self-directed; able to work independently and as an active member of the team

  • Ability to build trust with a client and work as an advisor

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
